Welcome to W.I.R.E.

Being a woman in Real Estate can be brutal!

We run carpool, booster clubs & coordinate college tours all while running businesses that are and have the ability to financially sustain our families.

It's exciting, scary, stressful & exhilarating all at the same time. But most of all, it can be lonely.

In an industry that is cut-throat-competitive, we believe in  collaboration and community. We crave a space where other women are going through the same thing and understand the demands of entrepreneurship and running a household.  If you’re successful and daydream of how you scale that successful business, loneliness compounds…because who in the world understands what you're doing?

Welcome to W.I.R.E. We're driven, transparent, honest, extremely frank and like to have fun while building our real estate empires. AND, good news...we saved a seat for YOU.

We are SO excited at the thought of building WITH you in a small group setting and on a personal level. Community with like-minded agents is what makes real estate fun.  Each week we'll pull up a chair to discuss what's working, what's not and what is next inside each of our businesses.

Hey, I’m Amy!

An enneagram 8, community leader, female entrepreneur mentor & advocate, I’m passionate about helping women in "middle motherhood" find the courage to confidently step into the next chapter of life. I’m an OG Arizona mom of five, and it’s important that my kids dream big, take chances and never allow fear to guide decisions...AND I want the same for you. I’m a strong believer that we have more potential & are more capable than we can comprehend. When I started in real estate, I went ALL IN and grew a very successful business quickly that continues to double year over year. It’s been a huge blessing to my family, but I’ve learned a handful of hard lessons along the way. I’m committed to helping others NOT make those same mistakes. As women we have to stop treating our business like a side hustle. Whether you have a new hobby job or a successfully established business, I’m excited to help you do just that.

The best is yet to come!
